Acquire and support new customers in the pharmacy sector Support by telephone, video conference and e-mail Increase sales and raise visibility and referrals for the Health portfolio Proactively contact assigned pharmacy customers to introduce and promote Health products and services via remote communication methods (phone/email/online tools). Provide exceptional customer service to customers and build trust and long-term relationships Respond to their needs and resolve issues promptly. Work with the sales team to implement sales campaigns and activities tailored to remote interactions and work with the medical team to address scientific questions, product reports and claims. Convert sales opportunities into orders, manage orders and provide sales quotes on a regular basis, while recognizing emphasizing the importance of visibility for our product categories and brands. Expertise in accordance with §75 AMG (pharmaceutical representative, PTA, MTA, BTA, CTA, degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, nutritional sciences and home economics) , knowledge of the pharmacy market and of market participants and regulations. Proven experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry as a pharmacy sales employee Experience in distance selling would be ideal Proven knowledge of explaining OTC and nutritional supplements based on benefit and claim communication. Proven knowledge of contacting customers and building new and long term relationships. Strong sales orientation ('salesperson') and sales experience (telephone sales a plus). Agility: strong self-motivation and ability to adapt to and help shape changing work processes Expressiveness: convincing, customer-oriented verbal and written expression in German Pharmaceutical sales representative status is a plus, Alternatively, the willingness to train as a pharmaceutical sales representative with the support of our client is encouraged.
