Job description

  • Execution of the annual brand plan for Biscoff
  • Development of the BEAR, nakd and TREK brand strategy & growth plan
  • Contribution to the Marketing mix planning and best-in-class brand activation across touchpoints together with the Trade Marketing Manager
  • Brand performance tracking and identification of opportunities & risks in strong collaboration with the cross-functional team
  • Monitor and drive Marketing effectiveness to ensure that budgets are allocated to activities with best ROI
  • Budget management and tracking
  • Be responsible spokesperson for our Digital shelf assets and an excellent execution together with sales across brands
  • Co-operate closely with local cross-functional teams, global teams and central functions
  • Strong analytical capabilities to further elaborate our brands in the German market is key to the success of this position, as well as pro-active and entrepreneurial thinking and acting in combination with a hands-on mentality and a team player profile. The Brand Manager role is based in Düsseldorf and reports to the Marketing Manager Germany.

    Profile

    Professional requirements:

  • University degree (Masters) in economics, marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Ideally 1-2 years of Brand Management/Consumer Marketing/Digital Marketing experience, preferably in international FMCG companies with strong emotional marketing relevance
  • Profound conceptual and analytical skills to identify and lift the right potentials with a clear measurement of the success
  • Experience in implementation and activation of Social Media campaigns preferred
  • Very good knowledge in retail/household panel data to define and track the right KPIs for the initiatives implemented
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferred
  • Fluent (spoken & written) in German and English
