Execution of the annual brand plan for Biscoff Development of the BEAR, nakd and TREK brand strategy & growth plan Contribution to the Marketing mix planning and best-in-class brand activation across touchpoints together with the Trade Marketing Manager Brand performance tracking and identification of opportunities & risks in strong collaboration with the cross-functional team Monitor and drive Marketing effectiveness to ensure that budgets are allocated to activities with best ROI Budget management and tracking Be responsible spokesperson for our Digital shelf assets and an excellent execution together with sales across brands Co-operate closely with local cross-functional teams, global teams and central functions Strong analytical capabilities to further elaborate our brands in the German market is key to the success of this position, as well as pro-active and entrepreneurial thinking and acting in combination with a hands-on mentality and a team player profile. The Brand Manager role is based in Düsseldorf and reports to the Marketing Manager Germany.
Profile
Professional requirements:
University degree (Masters) in economics, marketing, communications or equivalent Ideally 1-2 years of Brand Management/Consumer Marketing/Digital Marketing experience, preferably in international FMCG companies with strong emotional marketing relevance Profound conceptual and analytical skills to identify and lift the right potentials with a clear measurement of the success Experience in implementation and activation of Social Media campaigns preferred Very good knowledge in retail/household panel data to define and track the right KPIs for the initiatives implemented Ability to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferred Fluent (spoken & written) in German and English Personal qualifications:
